![]() ![]() Mentors and managers will serve as an intern’s most immediate resource for questions, workload requirement, guidance, and support. Participants will be assigned both a manager and a mentor throughout the course of the internship. Each intern will be responsible for supporting their specific team on projects ranging from valuations, market research, data analysis, and reporting. These four teams are: Multifamily Portfolio and Asset Management, Multifamily Acquisitions, Multifamily Debt and Capital Markets, Industrial Asset Management and Acquisitions. Interns will be evaluated during the interview process and placed on one of four different teams, based on their interest, expertise, and core competencies.
